I started Crossfit Sine-Pari in July of 2016. I was stuck in a rut and I was tired of my at home DVD workouts. My husband had being going to Crossfit Sine-Pari for about a month and he convinced me to give it a try.

I was a little intimidated at first. The workouts looked tough and I didn't think I was capable or strong enough to do them. Dawn and her team of coach were encouraging and showed me how to scale the workouts to meet my needs. They took the time to show me proper form and answered any questions I had about the workouts. It only took a few classes for me to realize that I was capable of doing Crossfit and it was something that I wanted to continue. I was hooked.

I go to Crossfit four to five days a week. Dawn has a variety of class times and I can always fit a workout into my busy schedule. One of the best things about Crossfit, aside from variety of the workouts, is the community. Everyone at the box is friendly and encouraging. It is not like a gym. You get support from the others in class. We encourage each other to do our best and help either other to push our limits. I love having people cheer me on when I'm going for a new personal record or having them cheer me on when I feel like quitting. It is a great atmosphere.

I have made great progress in my fitness since joining Crossfit Sine-Pari. I am amazed at how much stronger I am. I love that my body is changing shape. I have muscle definition that I've never had before. I'm lifting weight that I never dreamed I could. I have more confidence in myself and I work harder than ever. I have taken my fitness to another level. I continue to set goals and work hard to achieve them. Joining Crossfit Sine-Pari is one of the best decisions I've made.
